The location was excellent close to the railway station and restaurants but away from the main tourist area so very quiet. Lovely garden and breakfast area

Great location. It was easy to get to from the train station. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The common courtyard was peaceful and cool. We had a small balcony overlooking the street and canal which was nice.

The building faade and the location, close to the station and at a walking distance to the City Center. High ceilings. The reception area and the internal garden used for breakfast.

It was a perfect location if you drive to Venice as it was not a far walk from the car park and quiet in the evening. The breakfast was excellent along with the staff. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is amazing...so convenient for exploring Venice and easy access to the bus station. The breakfast was also delicious. This was a return visit for us after spending 3 nights at the hotel earlier in the week.
